The Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire, a Great Time

Stepping into the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire is like stepping back in time. Costumed characters roam the lanes, their elaborate attire a testament to the artistry and craftsmanship of the individuals that clearly spent many hours working on them. The air is filled with the sounds of laughter, music, and the clinking of tankards as patrons like us enjoy a variety of ales and ciders.

One of the most striking aspects of the Faire is its inclusivity. People of all backgrounds and identities are welcomed with open arms, creating a truly diverse and vibrant atmosphere. The LGBTQ+ community is particularly well-represented, with numerous vendors and performers proudly displaying their pride. It's a place where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves, and that's something truly special.

I’m working on some designs inspired by the faire, and perhaps a poem as well. It’s a great time and I’ll be sure to attend next year with my Sweetheart Tina.
