This is an illustration from when I served in the US Navy on the USS Willamette (AO-180). We used to play basketball on the flightdeck on the back of the ship. It was really, really high above the water. One gorgeous evening a guy chased the ball right over the side! We thought he was dead for sure, but by hanging onto the ball he survived without a scratch! Hang on out there my peeps, that’s the moral of this design.
